Donald Trump is taking aim at the Wall Street Journal and his one-time friend Rupert Murdoch.

The President of the United States just filed a defamation lawsuit against Dow Jones, News Corp, Rupert Murdoch and two Wall Street Journal reporters over a recent report that alleged Trump sent Jeffrey Epstein a birthday letter containing “bawdy” content back in 2003.

Trump claims that the alleged birthday letter is fake.

“This is not me. This is a fake thing,” the president said in response to the reported letter.

The Wall Street Journal‘s story claims that the letter was included in a birthday album that also featured contributions from people like attorney Alan Dershowitz and former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner.

Trump, who has had a friendly relationship with Murdoch over the years, no longer views him as an ally.

“I look forward to getting Rupert Murdoch to testify in my lawsuit against him and his ‘pile of garbage’ newspaper, the WSJ. That will be an interesting experience!!!” Trump said on social media.

So, what was in the alleged letter?

The Wall Street Journal‘s report claims that the alleged letter “…contains several lines of typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker. A pair of small arcs denotes the woman’s breasts, and the future president’s signature is a squiggly ‘Donald’ below her waist, mimicking pubic hair. The letter concludes: ‘Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.’”

Trump also spoke out today to react with joy over the cancellation of The Late Show.
